Equi+Poise Limited, Tollard Royal, Salisbury SP5 5PU is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website.
When you register for further details we collect the information you enter in the form (name, email address, phone number, whether you are an owner or a vet, practice name, location, and your message). We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to tell you about the Equi+Poise system.
If you choose “Accept analytics” on our cookie banner, we use a first-party cookie to understand how visitors use this page (for example which sections and questions interest people, and how far down the page they read). As part of this we record a coarse location — your country and region only — which is derived from your IP address by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address and we do not record your town or city or precise location. If you choose “Essential only”, none of this is collected. This analytics data is never linked to your name, email or other contact details, and is kept for up to 12 months.
Your details are encrypted the moment they are received, before being stored, using envelope encryption with keys held in Google Cloud Key Management Service. The public website has no ability to read stored submissions; access to decrypt them is restricted to named Equi+Poise staff and is audit-logged.
We keep registration details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted.

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. It is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United Kingdom/EEA under our agreement with Google.
